CABINS: ALL CABINS NON-SMOKING!
• Antelope, Bear & Coyote Cabins: $140.00 - $167.00 per day up to two persons maximum.
• Deer Suites: $161.00- $189.00 per day one bedroom up to four persons maximum.
• Elk Cabins: - $259.00- $286.00 per day, up to four persons maximum
- Fox 1 Park Model - $180-$239 per day, one bedroom & loft for up to 4 persons
**We have weekly, monthly and 6-month seasonal rates available for our Cabins**
• RV Full Hook-up Seasonal: Min/Max 180 Days between (April - October): $5100-$6300 (depending upon tier) for the season, 50% upon reservation (applied to second half of reservation), balance due at check-in. Seasonal Customer Storage rate on your site $95.00 per month available (Oct – April). You can stay at any time and use your RV in the off-season weather permitting. Standard fees apply.
• RV Full hook-up Monthly: $1020.00-$1260.00 (depending upon tier) per month
• RV Weekly: $408.00-$504.00 (depending upon tier)
• RV Daily: $66.00-$82.00 (depending upon tier)
• RV no-hook-ups Seasonal: Min/Max 180 Days between (April- October):$2700.00-$3450.00 (depending upon tier) for the season, 50% upon reservation (applied to second half of reservation), balance due at check-in. • RV no-hookups Monthly: $540.00-$690.00 (depending upon tier)
• RV no-hookups Weekly: $216.00-$276.00 (depending upon tier) RV NO Hook-ups daily $46.00-$59.00 (depending upon tier)
• RV Seasonal Storage: Minimum of 180 days between (April - October) between $95.00-$115.00 for the season (depending on size). Payment due in full at time of reservation.
• RV Monthly Storage: $109.00 -$132.00
• Tent Sites $30.00 per site/tent: Max 4 people (includes 2 shower tokens, table, fire ring)
• Showers: $8.00 Laundry: (Guests only): $5.00 a load, wash & dry
• Dump Station: $28.00
• Water: 20¢ per gallon (25¢ for On-Site delivery)
• Trash: $6.00 per BAG
• Pet Fee: $30.00 per pet/one time. $275.00 cleaning fee if pets are in non-pet room.
General Rules:
- Max speed anywhere on the property is 5 MPH,
- No subletting,
- Quiet time is 10pm -7am,
- No entry into park after 10pm,
- All guests & vehicles & animals must be registered at the office (pass displayed),
- Vehicles (golf carts and UTV) can only be driven by a licensed driver,
- Bathrooms are for paying guests only, outhouses are for the public,
- Guests can have mail delivered as long as they use their site #,
- Any visitors must check in at office or with security (have a visitor pass),
- Washing of UTV’s or vehicles anywhere in the park is prohibited,
- Any inappropriate behavior (disorderly conduct) is grounds to be removed from the park.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• ALL RESERVATIONS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING (Excluding Seasonal).
• NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- RESERVATIONS 30 DAYS OR LONGER,
- LATE ARRIVAL,
- EARLY DEPARTURE,
- NO SHOW,
- GROUP RESERVATIONS (3 OR MORE RESERVATIONS),
- DURING HUNTING SEASON,
- HOLIDAY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
• TWO NIGHT MINIMUM WEEKEND STAY POLICY ON CABINS, TENT & RV SITES
• THREE NIGHT MINIMUM HOLIDAY STAY POLICY ON CABINS, TENT & RV SITES
• THIRTY (30) DAY CANCELLATION OR CHANGE NOTICE ON WEEKEND STAYS
• FOURTEEN (14) DAY CANCELLATION OR CHANGE NOTICE ON WEEKDAY STAYS
• NO FUTURE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON CANCELLED RESERVATIONS
• $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIIES
